Private Label Global provides sourcing assistance, supplier verification, sample management, packaging guidance, logistics support, and consulting services. We do not manufacture products and cannot guarantee supplier performance or business outcomes.
01 SERVICE SCOPE
Payment is due before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom projects may require a deposit. Additional services outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
02 PAYMENT POLICY
Due to the nature of consulting and sourcing services, completed services are non-refundable. Refund requests for unused services may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
03 REFUND POLICY
While we strive to identify reliable suppliers, Private Label Global cannot guarantee product quality, manufacturing outcomes, supplier performance, delivery times, or business results. Clients remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence and making final purchasing decisions.

Supplier verification and quality inspection services are provided based on information available at the time of review and should not be considered a guarantee of future performance.
06 SHIPPING & LOGISTICS DISCLAIMER
Shipping estimates, transit times, customs processes, duties, and import requirements are outside of our control and may change without notice.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information
Reviewing supplier proposals
Approving samples
Making final purchasing decisions
